worn furnitureinhospitable staff
I found the furniture quite worn. the sofa and armchair in the suite i occupied, specifically room 1604, showed signs of decay. The cushion did not stay attached, and rust marred the surfaces. this detracted from time spent in the living area. also, the staff at breakfast seemed inhospitable, except for the chef. Her smile was welcome.

i booked a suite expecting a city view. also, the hall and room smelled like mold. and dirty carpet? the sofa was broken. It fell apart into two pieces. it was not fun

i experienced some issues with the room's amenities. the television did not have streaming capabilities, which i found inconvenient. also, the in-room coffee pods cost extra, a detail i felt should be included, especially given the room rate.
